A little corner of Middletown that feels like home

Flipside Coffee and Biscuits was born from a simple conviction: that the best food doesn't need a long history or a fancy address — it just needs patience, good ingredients, and someone who genuinely cares.

We started as a weekend pop-up, serving coffee and biscuits from a folding table at local markets. The response was immediate and overwhelming. People came back week after week, not just for the food (though we're proud of both), but for the feeling of being welcomed in a space that wasn't rushed.

Today, our little spot on North Bayberry Parkway is open six days a week, and we still prepare every batch by hand. No mixers doing the work for us. No frozen shortcuts. Just flour, butter, a good recipe, and the kind of attention that turns something ordinary into something worth coming back for.
